Ocean House

Skipper Chowder House

Start out by trying their Triple Crown Championship-winning chowder, Cape Cod Clam Chowdah, or add a different spin to it with fried clams! Salads include a traditional Caesar or house salad, or the summer citrus salad. Enjoy appetizers like fried calamari, steamers, or buffalo wings. Choose from buffalo or crispy chicken sandwiches, a burger, or crispy fish taco for something lighter. Taste Cape Cod favorites including clam, scallop, or calamari rolls, fish and chips, and more. The raw bar includes options like jumbo shrimp cocktail, Maine lobster tail, oysters, and more.

The Beachcomber

Start your meal off with delicious New England clam chowder, or sample fried mozzarella sticks, loaded nachos, chicken fingers, or grilled Cajun scallops or shrimp. Enjoy a garden, Caesar, or Greek salad, or make a selection from the raw bar. House sandwiches include burgers, seafood sandwiches featuring tuna steak, fried cod filet, and a fried oyster po’boy.

Taste the sea with fish n chips, fried clams, oysters, scallops, shrimp, or calamari. For larger appetites, order a platter. Choose from Cape Cod clambake, steamed lobster, tuna steak, fresh grilled swordfish, or a grilled steak tip dinner.

The Canteen

Make your starting selections from clam chowder or the soup of the day, turkey chili, or something interesting like house pickles. Order a plate of French fries with Old Bay seasoning or try something different like their house kimchi featuring house-made fermented cabbage with gochujang.

Sink your teeth into burgers, a variety of sandwiches, and even grilled cheese! There’s even a vegan option featuring vegan cheese, fried onions, chips, and “Everything seasoning” on sourdough bread.

Entrees include selections like fish and chips, sweet and spicy cauliflower, or a winter grain bowl. If you’re looking for extra protein, pile on cauliflower fritter, grilled chicken, ginger miso salmon, fried cod, avocado, meatballs, and more.

Thoreau’s

Start with something “chilled” and choose from poached shrimp, a Thai vegetable roll, a selection of local cheese and accompaniments, or lobster Rangoon. Enjoy soups like squash bisque or Wequassett clam chowder, or a salad. For smaller appetites or something on the side, try truffle fries, escargot, edamame, or blistered shishito peppers.

Move on to the main dish and choose an American Wagyu cheeseburger, a short rib sandwich, or pasta Fiori. Tree House Brewing Company – Sandwich

They’re all about the brews! Choose from a variety of IPAs, ales, stouts, lagers, and more. Choices change regularly, so no two visits will be the same! The current menu features Big Punch Pineapple, and imperial IPA with 7.8% ABV. It’s a take on their Big Punch with a kick of pineapple. Big Bear Dry Hopped is a brown ale that’s 8.8% ABV. Try American pale ales like “Unity” – 5.3% ABV, it’s brewed with House yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand creating a yellow color with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and gooseberries.

For lunch, you can enjoy “small plates” including fried tri-colored cauliflower, fried Brussel sprouts, or salmon croquettes. Try the Maple Brook Farms burrata, or a selection of salads. Satisfy your larger appetite with fried Cape haddock, stuffed cabbage, burgers, grilled cheese, and other sandwiches. The Outer Bar & Grille

Part of the Wequassett Resort’s dining options, the restaurant is located on the second floor of the resort. Skip the menu and go straight for the raw bar, featuring shrimp or oysters by the half-dozen or a caviar flight with oscietra, Siberian, Pacific sturgeon, house made chips, crème fraiche, and chives. Choose from an array of salads including cucumber and melon, grilled romaine, or classic Caesar. Soup selections include beet gazpacho and delicious New England clam chowder. Try breaks with accompaniments like hummus, cured heirloom tomato, or a grilled pita.

Choose from a variety of appetizers like a sea salt pretzel or Harwich hot wings or stick to a diet with a poke bowl. Entrees include seared sea bass, beef tenderloin, and organic chicken. You will feel like you’re housed in an 18th century sea captain’s home even though you are in the Wequassett Resort, it’s an upscale dining experience not to be missed. Order caviar, a cheese plate, oysters, and a variety of other starters. First courses include octopus, escargot, pork belly, venison carpaccio, and more. For your second course, choose the petite tenderloin or heritage chicken to stay on land. Head out to sea with Atlantic halibut or scallops.

If you can’t decide, choose the chef’s seven-course tasting menu with selections like lobster carbonara, burratini, halibut, and squash bisque.

Sheltered from the harsh waves of the Atlantic, you’ll find delicious eats in a beautiful waterfront setting. You can choose to sit completely indoors or sit on one of their covered decks and watch the crashing waves of the Atlantic safely.

For lunch, choose from starters like New England clam chowder, fried calamari, or P’Town crab cakes. Choose a salad, or go for a sandwich including a BLT, crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich, crispy fishwich, or Pepe’s burger. Try any of a variety of flatbreads: garlic and clams, mushroom and Manchego, and more.
