What a location! Walk a few minutes in one direction, and you’re on the beach, where at low tide, you can walk a mile or so straight out on the famous Brewster Flats. The water can come right up to the stone revetment at extreme high tide covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However, you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while.
Walk a few minutes from the house in the opposite direction, and you’re in the heart of Brewster’s most appealing shops and restaurants, including ice cream, casual dining, pizza, sushi, fresh baked goods, a liquor store, bookstore, convenience store and more!
This property is part of a beautiful and quiet little bayside neighborhood. Kids can play safely in the beautifully landscaped, level and yard. They can also ride their bikes safely on the unpaved dead end cart trail where this home is situated.
When you come off the beach, rinse off sand and salt in the enclosed outdoor shower and fire up the gas grill. Dine outside at the new table. Maybe walk back to the beach for another stunning sunset over the bay. As darkness falls, gather around the fire pit and see if you can pick the Big Dipper out of the soft, summer sky.
Inside the home, you’ll be surprised how roomy it feels in the common area living room and kitchen, mostly thanks to the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. The kitchen was recently renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and striking basil green cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you’ll need.
There's a good sized three season room, screen enclosed for summer on three sides to take advantage of those soothing Cape salt air breezes. There is a flat screen TV situated out here, and another in the living room..
The single level living includes sleeping for up to seven. There are three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen and one with bunks, with both beds full size doubles, plus a pull out trundle bed perfect for a smaller child. The full bath has a step-in shower.
The home also offers air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, as well as a SONOS® sound system.
