What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If your rental is ready earlier, we’ll notify you so you can start your vacation sooner. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. We kindly ask that you send us a text when you leave so we can alert the cleaning crew and prepare for the next guests.

What household supplies are provided at the rental home?

Each home comes stocked with a starter supply of household items. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and all-purpose cleaners. These items are meant to get you started, and we ask that you replace anything you use up for the convenience of future guests.

How do I access the vacation home? Do I need to pick up keys?

No need to stop by an office! We aim to make check-in as seamless as possible. We’ll either meet you at the property or make prior arrangements for self-entry. About two weeks before your stay begins, you’ll receive an email with full access instructions and other important arrival details.
