Location
Located in a popular Brewster bayside neighborhood, this roomy, cheerful home is a 3 to 5 minute walk to a private association beach. At low tide, you can walk a mile or more straight out on the famous Brewster Flats. The water can come right up to the stone revetment at extreme high tide covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while. Head in the other direction up to Main Street, Brewster (Route 6A) and enjoy casual dining, a bakery, bookstore, convenience store, hardware store, liquor store, sushi, pizza, and more. Also access to the bike trails is nearby.
Outside Living Space
Private outdoor living space includes a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a yard where kids can play safely. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit.
Inside Living Space
The kitchen opens into a big, bright common living space with vaulted ceilings and comfy furnishings and doors opening to the deck and back yard. There is a dining room off the kitchen with sliders to a small deck. There is a half bath on the main level. Central air conditioning is augmented by in-line split units. Cable TV and WiFi are provided. The lower level includes a game room with a TV for gaming only.
Sleeping Accommodations
Main level: Master suite with king bed and private full bath.
Upper level: Three bedrooms — one with a queen, one with three twins, and one with a full-size double plus a twin. There is a full bath on the upper level.
