Location
Tucked out of sight from the unpaved cartway that runs by it, this expansive five bedroom home is situated directly on the beach on nearly an acre of privacy in an upscale Brewster bay front neighborhood. It’s a three minute drive or six minute bike ride up to Main Street (Route 6A) in Brewster, where you’ll find restaurants, pizza, sushi, a bakery, bookstore, convenience store and more.
Outside Living Space
The beach is a beautiful sandy, private, neighborhood beach and is never crowded. At low tide, the water recedes so far you can walk straight out for a mile or more on the famous Brewster Flats. That’s where kids of all ages roam and make wonderful discoveries in the tidal pools. The north side of the property overlooks the beach and Cape Cod Bay from a massive house-wide deck with a built-in brick fire pit. Here’s where you'll gather most of the time, savoring the sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay. There’s an enclosed outdoor shower off the west end of the deck, right next to the beach path, where you can rinse off sand and salt on your way back from the beach. No doubt you’ll make good use of the gas grill off the opposite end of the deck.
Inside Living Space
There's plenty of living space for everyone in your group up to 8. The main level is comprised of an open, social kitchen, large living room with two separate lounge seating areas, dining room with an oversized dining table, a den/study/TV room, laundry/pantry and a queen bedroom. This level has 1 1/2 baths. The finished lower level has a comfy TV lounge and play area for the kids, including a ping pong table.
Sleeping Accommodations
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms -- the master queen with full bath en suite, another queen bedroom, a bedroom with twins, and one with a single twin bed and work station. For complete bedroom and bath information, please click on the Room Details tab above.

Please note: The detached garage on the property has an upstairs apartment occupied by a single mom and her two teen-age daughters. This space is not part of the rental.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
