Park your car and leave it there. This house has 4,500+ sq ft of living space, 5+ bedrooms, 5 full baths, air conditioning and high speed internet, and easily accommodates groups of 14 with plenty of space to spread out.
It's a five minute walk on a quiet & safe private way to a beautiful neighborhood beach abutting the popular Skaket beach. When the tide allows, stroll over to Rock Harbor and get a lobster roll at Young's Fish Market. Beach faces west and the sunsets and afterglow are amazing and not to be missed.
Another plus: the Cape Cod Rail Bike Trail is an easy bike ride away and Orleans Town Center has plenty of great restaurants and is only 1.5 miles. For more family fun, the Orleans Firebirds of the Cape Cod Baseball League is free and less than 2 miles away.
Take advantage of the two outdoor living spaces, including 2 grills, 2 picnic tables, a dining set and a fire pit. This private yard is an acre + and perfect for recreation.
There are 2 bedrooms with private baths, both located on the upper level. One has a king bed and is the primary bedroom with a remodeled bathroom completed in 2022. The other bedroom with a private bath has a queen bed plus a set of bunks. There is also a bedroom with a queen with a twin, The fourth bedroom on the upper level had a queen bed and a daybed. There is a sitting area on this floor also that has a daybed. There is full bath up here as well to serves three of the bedrooms on the second floor.
There is a bedroom on the main level that has two twin beds and a sitting room. This bedroom shares the main level bathroom off of the kitchen.
The lower level has a a full bath and a TV room that leads out the back yard. There are two futons down in this area. The house has central AC and window units along high-speed internet.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning and linen fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee and linen fee is waived.
