A short path at the end of driveway leads you to a sandy, swimmable, private beach. The house is a masterful blend of modern amenities and classic beach house charm. This is your ticket to a serene and unforgettable coastal escape.
Property Basics: It feels like a beach house with all the comforts of home to offer a great vacation experience. This 2400 sq ft modern contemporary-style beach house offers a reverse floor plan design, built in 1974 and furnished with 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath comfortably sleeping 8.
Amenities and Features: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy central air conditioning to cool you off from the sun. For entertainment, there’s two flat-screen Smart/Apple TV. Practical amenities like a washer/dryer, deck, and gas grill add convenience to your stay. There is driveway parking for four to five vehicles.
Sleeping Arrangements: On the main level, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, one home to the king primary suite, complete with a private full bath and its own TV. The second main level bedroom has a queen bed and separate full bath. The lower level adds two other guest rooms, one with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids and the other with another queen bed, along with a separate full bath.
Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances and even a lobster pot for those seafood feasts. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, making mealtime a breeze, and fostering an open, inviting atmosphere.

In addition, there is a third-floor office and half bath, leading to a beautiful roof deck with panoramic views of the entire Cape Cod Bay.
