Except for the magnificently refinished barn flooring and a few attractive exposed beams and posts, this surely doesn’t feel like you’re living in a barn! Rather, you’re living in a small, but luxurious East Brewster vacation home. Please note that the Summer House can be rented along with the Main House (3447-BMH) for an even larger group.
Location
You’ll love the location, across the road from Nickerson State Park with its fresh water lakes, fresh water beaches and bike trails. Here, you’re only 0.8 mile from Crosby Landing Beach, arguably Brewster’s very best beach on the bay. And Orleans Center, with all its shops, restaurants and fun is just a 10-minute bike ride away.
Outdoor Living Space
You’ll also like the outdoor living space at this home, including a private yard with plenty of room for kids to run and play safely. There’s also a deck, enclosed outdoor shower and wood burning fire pit.
Inside Living Space
Inside, the place has been totally renovated, top to bottom. The open, light and bright common living space is centered on the beautiful kitchen with granite counters, all new appliances, handsome cabinets and that one-of-a-kind barn board flooring.
Right off the kitchen, the indoor dining area easily seats six with a nice view of the yard and grounds. And the comfy TV lounge beckons to relax with a movie or catch the ball game.
Sleeping Accommodations
There are two discreet bedrooms and bathrooms on either end of the unit. One has a queen size bed, the other two twins. The sizable upper loft offers two twin sleep sofas.

This property shares an access drive with its owners’ other house, but you have space and privacy all your own. And if any issue comes up, the owners are nearby and quick to address it for you.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7 nights. Stay 7 nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
