This recently renovated house sits way back on a huge lot with a private in-ground pool and is only a 4 minute short walk to a private sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay — one of Brewster’s best. The property is close to Main Street (Route 6A), where you’ll find several restaurants, pizza, a bakery, a book store, convenience store, hardware store and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Supermarkets are only a 10-15 minute drive to either Orleans or South Dennis.
Outside Living Space
The private heated pool (heated starting Memorial Day weekend) features a large attractive hardscape area perfect for relaxing and watching the kids play. The yard can easily accommodate a whiffle ball game. There is also a deck off the dining area with a retractable awning for shade when needed. This is where the gas grill is located and the enclosed outdoor shower is nearby.
There is a wood fire pit in the yard for evenings and smores.
With a large private yard, a heated pool, wood fire pit and quick access to the beach, the outdoor configuration is ideal for a fun-filled Cape Cod family vacation.

The first floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a master bedroom suite. The house has central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. See Sleeping Accommodations below for bedroom configurations.
Sleeping Accommodations
This beautiful home has five bedrooms, starting with a primary en suite on the main level, including a king size bed. There’s a private full bath where you’ll find an oversized glass and tile step-in shower.
The upper level offers a second king master suite with a private full bath.
Two additional bedrooms have two twins each and share a full bath.
The fifth bedroom is yet a third master suite and is located up a second private staircase off the kitchen and includes a king bed, private full bath, kitchenette, mini-split air conditioner, and a private sitting area.
