This vacation home is situated on a very private, secluded lot in Orleans. It's about a 10 minute walk or a very short drive to popular, sandy Skaket Beach in Orleans. Bring or rent bikes: you're less than a mile (0.8) from the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. The house is only a mile and a half from Orleans Center, with all its shops, restaurants, a farmer's market and many other attractions. There is an appealing brick patio with a dining table and chairs, a gas grill and an enclosed, outdoor shower for the outdoor summer living you came to the Cape for.
The property sleeps up to 9 in very flexible accommodations. It has three bedrooms and three baths in two separate structures: The main house has two bedrooms and two full baths, while the guest cottage has a studio style main room that doubles as a bedroom and living room. It also has a full bath, The main house has a modern open, very social floor plan with a vaulted kitchen/dining/living room area.
There are two bedrooms in the main house, the master with a queen bed occupies the top floor with a private full bath including a step-in shower and new second floor deck. The main level bedroom has 1 Queen bed, a twin bed, and twin trundle. This bedroom is serviced by a full bath with a tub/shower enclosure. The main house is equipped with wall mounted split units.
Out in the guest cottage, you'll find a new queen size bed in a tidy, private hideaway for one couple or two older children in your party. There is also a day bed here for comfortable seating which doubles as an extra sleeping space, if desired. The guest cottage has a full bath with a tub/shower combination, and is equipped with an window AC unit. This property includes WiFi, a newer flat screen TV and expanded cable.
