It’s hard to find this combination of privacy and beach proximity in such an appealing home. You can easily walk to the private neighborhood beach in five to seven minutes or less. Just follow the path in the back yard and your feet will be in the sand in a jiffy.
Outdoor living space
The back yard offers much more than direct beach access. There’s a lush lawn bordered by captivating gardens that inspired the property name, Sea Garden. The big deck is home to a large dining table with seating for eight and a shade umbrella, as well as plenty of additional comfy lounge seating.
This is also where you’ll find the big gas grill and the outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand from the beach.
Indoor Living Space
The kitchen is striking with its gleaming birchwood floor, handsome granite counters, bright white cabinets and stunning blue backsplash. You’ll find everything you need here to make meal prep a pleasure. The large peninsula counter features stool seating for up to four and a second prep sink. The washer and dryer are integrated with the kitchen. The adjacent dining room can easily seat eight.
Also, just off the kitchen is the living room, with a large, comfortable sectional and a pair of equally agreeable club chairs. Here is where you’ll find the large wall mounted TV.
Sleeping Accommodations
The home sleeps eight. There is one bedroom on the main level with a king-size bed. A second bedroom on the main level has a pair of extra-long twins. Upstairs you’ll find the third bedroom with two queen size beds. This property has one full bath and one-half bath, plus an outdoor shower.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
