Back at the property, your warm-weather pleasure is elevated by the wonderful outdoor living spaces, including the centerpiece—a broad, pergola-covered deck overlooking the sweeping yard, well-kept grounds, and in-ground swimming pool and patio. The enclosed outdoor shower and the gas grill are located here. There is also a covered, screened porch that serves as a quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee. Later, you may want to head back to the beach for another stunning sunset over the bay, then gather around the fire pit at the house to share the day’s adventures and gaze at the stars.
Inside, the exposed beams and skylights enhance the feeling of light and space in this luxuriously renovated home, which offers 4,500 square feet of stunning living space. You'll appreciate the spacious open floor plan on the main level. The beautifully designed and fully equipped chef’s kitchen has everything you need, including a peninsula with high-top seating for up to three children for lunch or as helpful assistants during dinner preparation. The kitchen features granite and stainless steel finishes throughout.
The kitchen opens into a large, comfortable family room with plenty of lounge seating and a flat-screen TV. Also adjoining the kitchen is the large and beautifully appointed dining room. Another good-sized main level relaxation space is provided by a large living room, as well as a smaller den/library. There’s a half bath and laundry here, too.
The home has five discreet bedrooms, each with its own private full bath. There are two queen bedroom suites on the main level. Upstairs, you’ll find a primary suite with a king-size bed and another with three twins. A third level offers another bedroom with twins plus a trundle.
The loft will offer entertainment, including a foosball table and a pool table.
