Owners have replaced the original cottage on this property with a two-story vacation home.  From its perfect perch above the Bay you have panoramic 180-degree water views. The shared steps down to the beach right next to the house. When it’s extreme high tide, be aware that the water can come almost up to the stone revetment, leaving little or no beach for an hour or so, but not to worry the tide will recede in short order.

You have those spectacular Bay views from almost anywhere you are in the house.  The main level has an open concept layout with the kitchen, dining and living room that flow together.  Of course, the best seat in the house is on the spacious mahogany deck overlooking Cape Cod Bay.  There is a parlor in the front of the house that serves as a sitting area and also a daybed. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. 

The 2 bedrooms are on the upper level.  The master has a King bed, vaulted ceiling and private balcony for some of the best views in Brewster.  The master has a private bath and TV as well.  Across the hall is the other bedroom with two Twin beds.  There is a second full bath on the upper level along with the washer dryer

Located in the popular Ellis Landing Beach neighborhood, the property is on a private association beach. At extreme high tide the water comes up to the stone revetment that secures the shore against erosion. At all other times you have plenty of beach right in front of the property. And of course, at low tide, you can walk the famous Brewster Flats for miles in any direction, including straight out! You can easily walk or bike up to Main Street in Brewster (Route 6A) and find a small grocery store, casual dining restaurant, pizza, sushi,  sports bar, convenience store, book store, bakery and more. But make sure you’re back at the beach house for the sunset over the Bay!

If you have a beach front vacation experience in mind, this is what you’re looking for.  Right on the beach -- there are very few other rental properties in Brewster quite like it.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
