Welcome to “Luna Sea Cottage” located in one of the most desirable locations in Harwich Port. It’s a mere 500 feet to a beautiful beach on Nantucket Sound and under a quarter mile or 5-minute walk to Harwich Port village for shopping, dining and perusing.
The property is well equipped and set up for your group of up to 12. The home has 7 bedrooms, very unusual to have this many bedrooms in this location. Originally the structure was set up as a duplex but has been made into a single convenient home. On the main level you’ll find two living rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen plus the primary bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The layout is convenient so that there is ample space to lounge without it feeling too crowded.
Upstairs you’ll find 6 bedrooms: 2 with queens, 2 with two twins each, and 2 rooms with a single twin. There are two full baths upstairs as well.
The final living area you’ll find outside. The new patio is outfitted with a large sectional outdoor couch and lounge area. There is also a dining area. Finally, you’ll find a sunroom just off the patio that can serve as a screened porch with a large sliding glass door.
The home has central AC on the main floor and windows AC units on the second floor, as well as high-speed internet.
This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7 nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
