This remodeled home is conveniently located less than a mile from Chatham Village and set on a good sized lot in a quiet neighborhood. It has been outfitted with hardwood floors throughout, a newer custom kitchen with new appliances and granite counters as well as central AC. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom and a king bed. There is a queen in another bedroom and a bunk bed with a full double under a twin in the third bedroom. There is also a second full bath in the main hallway.

The property includes a large, fenced-in backyard - perfect for pet owners! The patio features a fire pit and plenty of seating for those summer evenings under the stars. There is also an outdoor TV so you can catch the ballgame without having to leave the back yard! The highlight of the yard is a soake pool! Soake pools are cool in the summer and warm in the cooler months. It is a 7' x 13' salt-water plunge pool sure to be backyard hit during all seasons!

The home is less than a mile from Chatham Bars Inn, Main Street Chatham and Chatham Anglers Cape Cod League baseball field.  Claflin Landing, Children's Beach, Lighthouse Beach and several other beaches are a short drive from the home as well.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
