Nauset Heights is more than an East Orleans neighborhood on the Atlantic. Things are different out here. There’s a slower pace, a more laid back vibe. Just the way it’s been for more than 100 years. Just the way owners and summer visitors like it.
This particular property perfectly captures the essence of the Heights and even better, is positioned only a two-minute walk from Priscilla Landing Beach. Priscilla is a small sandy, seldom crowded beach living in the shadow of its adjacent and much more famous big brother, sweeping Nauset Beach.
Of course, if you sometimes crave the broad reaches of the bigger beach, you can easily walk there from this property as well. In seven minutes you’ll be standing at the top of the steps leading down to the northern end of Nauset Beach, with the Atlantic at your feet.
Back at the classic Cape house, you’ll want to spend a lot of your time just breathing in the salt air on the property’s rear stone patio. Here you’ll find the enclosed outdoor shower and the gas grill. Dine al fresco at the umbrella-shaded patio table.
Inside, the owners have faithfully updated, so you’ll enjoy all the creature comforts of home. The fully outfitted kitchen has natural wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There’s a good-sized dining table and chairs conveniently placed right off the kitchen.
The very open and social living space then flows into the living room with lounge seating and a large wall mounted smart TV. There’s a washer/dryer on the main level as well.
The two main level bedrooms share a full bath with a combination tub/shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has a pair of twins. You’ll find pretty much the same arrangement upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a queen, one with twins. Each of these upper-level bedrooms has a TV. The second full bath is located upstairs and has a step-in shower.
Reliable air conditioning is provided via split units for more customized climate control. The home is outfitted with high-speed Wi-Fi and offers cable/smart TV.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
