Enjoy the very best Chatham has to offer at the “Heart of Town”. Overlooking Main Street, you are steps to an array of outstanding restaurant options such as Bluefin Sushi, the Captain’s Table and the ever-popular Chatham Squire. Unique boutiques and shops line the most picturesque village setting on the Cape. You can also walk about 5 minutes east and arrive at Chatham Seaside Links (public) and the venerable Chatham Bars Inn perched overlooking the Atlantic. All the dining venues are open to the public, so you can enjoy a drink on the veranda, a meal at the Beach House Grill along with other luxury level dining outlets.
Built in 2005, this 2,700 sq ft spacious classic echoes the late Victorian era with its steep peaked roof, distinctive arched windows, large, covered porch and hand craftsmanship throughout. You have peek views of Oyster Pond from the porch and second level balcony.
Kitchen and Dining
There’s a superb kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could ask for. Center island adds still more granite counter space. Nothing but the best appliances -- Viking/Subzero/Miele and more – even a wine fridge. For your morning coffee the owners provide both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Open concept living space flows from the social kitchen into the living room and two separate dining areas.
Living Spaces
The main level presents two good sized lounge areas, each with comfy furniture and finishes, and a large, flat screen TV. The primary living room has a handsome gas fireplace. The lower level has another TV lounge, a workout area and a workstation in case you need to work remote. There’s also an outdoor patio with a dining table just off the kitchen to enjoy meals al fresco.
Sleeping Arrangements:
This house has four official bedrooms, all on the second level. Upstairs you’ll find the lavish primary bedroom suite. It has a big king size bed, a comfy lounge chair and ottoman, and a charming window seat. There’s also a TV here. Another second level bedroom has not one, but two queen size beds and walks out to a balcony with distant views of the Oyster Pond. The third upper-level bedroom has a queen size bed. Each of these three bedrooms has a luxurious private full bath. The lower level has the other sleeping areas, each with a queen size bed for added flexibility. There’s a full bath on the lower level as well, with a combination tub/shower. The main level has one full and one half bath. In all, there are 5.5 bathrooms.
The house is fully air conditioned, equipped with high speed internet and has parking for 3 cars in the driveway, a 4th car is possible if the garage is used.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $225.
