Walk just six minutes to Harbor Beach, the neighborhood’s private sandy shore on Lewis Bay, or about eight minutes to the public Baxter Beach. You’re within a short walk or quick drive to Route 28, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities. Enjoy some mini golf and ice cream, or sip a creamy latte at the popular Old King’s Coffee House. These relaxing spots are within a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute drive.
The house features a covered front porch with plenty of seating, including a dining table and chairs. A side deck provides another outdoor living space for enjoying a cold beverage, firing up the gas grill, and dining al fresco. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off sand and salt from the beach.
You’ll enjoy gathering around the fire pit to relive the day’s highlights while gazing at the stars.
Your indoor comfort is guaranteed with central air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen is open and social. The dining area connects to the kitchen and opens to the living room, which has a four-seater couch and additional comfortable lounge seating. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, along with streaming options on the living room TV and each of the four bedroom TVs.
Sleeping accommodations on the main level include the primary suite, with its large king-size bed. There’s a private, full bath here as well. The second main-level bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin. On the upper level, you’ll find two more bedrooms. One with a queen plus a pair of twins, the other with a full-size bed and a pair of twins.
There are three full baths in the house, two on the main level, including the en suite primary bath. Each of the other two baths provides a tub/shower combination.
The home's lower level is partially finished and includes a game room with a ping-pong table.
