Be among the first to stay in this masterfully renovated classic, situated in the heart of Chatham with the beach across the street and a 5-minute walk to town. The home has been completely renovated as of January 2019, new layout, new kitchen and baths and new furnishings! The home sleeps up to 10 in 4 bedrooms and has 3 full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath on the first level. The house comes equipped with central AC, Wi-Fi and upscale coastal decor including all linens and towels! The spacious and luxurious master suite is on the main level with a King bed and private bath. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: the first has 2 twin beds plus a set of bunk beds (4 total twins), the second has a queen size bed and the largest room is a second floor master suite with a king size bed plus a private bathroom. There is a second full bath on the second level as well.
The main level living area consists of a living room with flat screen TV and a sitting area. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area. The half bathroom and laundry room is off the dining room. Your living area extends outside to the private manicured patio area complete with dining table and casual seating. There is a gas grill of course. You can also relax on the front farmers porch to take in the scenery and have peaks of the Atlantic Ocean, just across the street.
A quick stroll across Main Street brings you to Holway Street beach. Walk into town for dinner, band concerts and shopping. The best of Chatham is at your doorstep!

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 12.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
