Here you’re perfectly situated between Cape Cod Bay and Route 6A (Main Street) in a highly desirable upscale Barnstable neighborhood. You’re close to bayfront beaches as well as Barnstable Village, with its alluring shops and restaurants.


Outside Living Space
This home has a very large, very private walk-out deck where you can put its large gas grill to work as you prepare and serve delightful dinners outside. After a day on the beach, what a unique pleasure to rinse off salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower.


Indoor Living Space
Take note of the large, totally social, fully equipped, and beautifully appointed kitchen with its large island for loads of extra counter and workspace.

The kitchen includes an eat-in option with seating for six. There’s also a separate dining room that seats eight, not to discount the café-style dining in the appealing sunroom, or the outdoor dining that’s yours to enjoy out on the oversized deck, as mentioned above.

Adjoining the kitchen, you’ll find the family room with its vaulted ceiling and skylights, creating a light, bright sense of spaciousness. Here you’ll also find a large TV. A second TV is strategically placed in the only slightly smaller living room, also on the main level.

Sleeping Accommodations
The property features six bedrooms: four in the main house and two in the bonus space above the garage. The main level includes a spacious master en suite with a king bed. Upstairs, there are two additional rooms, each with a king bed. One of these rooms with a king bed also has two twin beds. The third upstairs room contains a queen bed and a small toddler bed. (Sheets are not provided for this bed) The 2 bedrooms above the garage include a queen bed, a twin-over-double bunk bed, and an additional queen bed. These bedrooms are connected, and there is a shared full bathroom.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $245.00.
