The contemporary style house presents a special, elevated view of The Narrows, the waterway that connects Pleasant Bay and Little Pleasant Bay.
Walk four minutes down the broad, mowed grass path to an ideal sandy beach private to the handful of homes cloistered in this remote locale. If you have one, trailer your boat to the Town Landing at the end of Quanset Road, just a 1.5 miles away! Later, investigate the more than two miles of inviting conservation trails a very short walk from the house.
The house has plenty of space for your group of up to 10 on three different levels. The upper level houses the well-equipped kitchen, living room and dining area with an extraordinary water view. The upper level also has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a private, full bath with a step-in shower. The lower level has another living room/TV lounge and a queen bedroom. There is a small indoor shower here plus an enclosed, outdoor shower just outside. Additional outdoor living amenities include a gas grill.

The house has high speed Wi-Fi and smart TV's. There are window air conditioners in each bedroom.
