Walk in one direction eight minutes to Breakwater Beach.
Walk two minutes in the opposite direction to the popular Brewster Store and right next door, the Brewster Scoop for ice cream. Other easily walkable options include two minutes to the Brewster Inn and Chowder House restaurant and Woodshed Bar, 11 minutes to the Brewster Fish House. It’s only a seven-minute walk to the Brewster Ladies Library, with an entire line-up of kids’ summer programs.
This home has exceptionally appealing outdoor living space, highlighted by the expansive wrap-around covered porch, a large portion of which is screened and features an inviting dining table and chairs. The rest of the porch offers lounge seating and an entire line-up of attractive Adirondack chairs. Other outdoor amenities include an oversized, enclosed outdoor shower, wood burning fire pit and gas grill.

You’ll find one master bedroom suite on the main level. It has a queen size bed and private full bath, including a jetted tub and separate shower, all en suite. On the upper level, the spacious king master has a king size bed and feels even more spacious thanks to the atrium ceiling and skylight windows. It also features a lounge seating area, as well as a full private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and step-in shower.
Also upstairs: another bedroom suite including a queen bed and full bath en suite with yet another Jacuzzi plus separate shower. This bedroom, too, offers a vaulted ceiling with skylights for an enhanced impression of space and light.
Finally, there is a loft space upstairs that houses a queen bed plus a sectional couch seating area and a TV as well.
The home is totally climate controlled thanks to a combination of central air conditioning and window units. It offers cable/smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi.
