Beautiful Mayflower Beach is just a three-minute stroll from this property through an attractive, upscale Dennis bayside neighborhood. And after the beach, you have the private heated pool and spa to keep your group of up to 10 entertained and happy.
You'll love the heated saltwater pool with lounge seating all around the hardscape. The pool has a built-in spa in one corner, so it’s easy to move from one water temp to the other. There’s also a built-in fire table at one end of the pool and a built-in grill and mini-bar at the other with high boy chairs for socializing with the grill-meister. You’ll also enjoy a fresh water rinse-off in the enclosed outdoor shower apres beach or pool.
Then there’s this property’s proximity to so much, so good, all along Main Street, Dennis (Route 6A). Eateries such as Scargo Café and Cape Cod Creamery are a handy three-minute drive. You won’t find any better fresh meat or fish than at Peterson’s Market, only a six-minute drive.
This property is comprised of a main house and a guest house, so in all, you have four bedrooms plus two bonus rooms, three and a half baths, and two kitchens. The fully equipped kitchen in the main house is especially appealing with its granite counters, updated appliances and roomy center island with high boy seating for four. The kitchen flows into the dining area with its pleasing bright and cheery ambiance.
Then you enter the living room, spacious and luxurious in tones of gray. Here there’s a large flat screen TV mounted over the imposing fireplace.
The master queen suite is located on the main level as well, with a private full bath, a two-sink vanity and step-in shower. There’s a half bath on this level also.
Upstairs you’ll find one bedroom with a king size bed plus a twin with pull-out trundle under. Next, there’s a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single twin. Then, a bedroom with three twins. There is a full bath on this level as well. The guest house has one bonus room one with queen bed and a second bonus room with two sets of bunkbeds. Plus, a full kitchen and full bath.
This home is air conditioned using in-wall split units plus window units in some locations. You’ll enjoy Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. There’s also a vehicle charging station.
