This big and beautiful vacation home is ideal for your group of eight. Unwind on the large deck with vistas of the Cape Cod Bay over the trees, while the pianist among you regales the group with the luxurious tones of the baby grand. Wander the endless flats at low tide or splash in the warm surf as the tide rolls in. You are also very close to popular Cook's Brook Beach, about half a mile up the road. Oh yes, and no need to bring or rent beach chairs, toys, floats, or kayaks, as these are all provided by the thoughtful owners.
In fact, this extraordinary vacation retreat offers every amenity including a slate pool table, multiple kayaks, hammock for lazy relaxation, a baby grand piano for the musician in the party, and even an Electric Vehicle charging outlet (EV Level 2 50 amp). All nestled in the dunes of northern Eastham, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. In this 4,000 square foot home you'll appreciate the several different living spaces where people can gather or be apart as they wish.
There’s a large game room complete with ping pong and pool table, foosball and a large TV area. There are also two other living areas, so everyone can enjoy their own space. The house has three levels: the ground floor has a cozy living area with a large flat screen TV. In addition, you'll find three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a set of bunks, and a small room with a twin bed. Between the living room and hallway is an additional twin bed with a trundle bed underneath. The main level consists of the living room, game room, one full and one half bath, the well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room. You'll also find access to the expansive deck off the kitchen with plenty of outdoor seating and a large dining table for dining al fresco. Finally, upstairs you have a stunning master bedroom with a king bed, private full bath with a jetted tub and shower plus a private balcony with bay views over the trees. A truly impressive room. Then there’s the appealing patio off the downstairs TV room, a lovely spot for breakfast and coffee in the mid-morning.
This property’s owners also proudly offer the following “Green” amenities:

The house is centrally cooled and has high-speed WiFi and cable TV. The owners provide a canoe and two kayaks, beach boogie boards and toys, beach chairs, a Bose sound system, and three flat screen TVs.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
