Choose this vacation headquarters and give your group of up to 20 the best of all options. A main house plus separate guest house on nearly an acre and a half of level yard for play space. A stunning new 20’ X 60’ heated saltwater pool with large stone patio. A three-minute walk to Brewster’s Breakwater Beach. And an eight-minute walk to the iconic Brewster Store and Main Street/Route 6A, where you’ll discover some excellent restaurant choices.
The main house, just completed in 2020, offers elegance without pretense, centered on its spacious, thoughtfully outfitted chef’s kitchen. Here you’ll appreciate the large center island with high boy seating, beautiful granite and tile, as well as abundant counter space bathed in natural light. The kitchen opens to a TV lounge, which walks out to the expansive patio and pool. There is also a good-sized dining room here, as well as a handy half bath and laundry.
The main house has sleeping for up to 12 in five bedrooms, two of which are king en suite bedrooms, one on the main level, the other upstairs. Each bedroom suite has its own private full bath.
The separate guest house offers single level living and sleeps up to eight in three bedrooms with a full bath. You have a full eat-in kitchen here, as well as a TV lounge.
Your outdoor summer living is optimized on the oversized patio which envelops the big pool. There’s also a hot tub, a large gas grill, a fire pit and an enclosed outdoor shower.
Each house is centrally air conditioned, has cable TV, a Sonos Sound system and high speed Wi-Fi.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
