There aren’t too many top quality rental homes in Chatham within easy walking distance of what is arguably Chatham’s best beach, especially for families with younger children. A three or four minute walk brings you to the foot bridge at Ridgevale Beach. The bridge is needed, because the main part of the beach is actually an island, surrounded by a tidal stream where kids of all ages can grab any inflatable and float with the tide. What fun! The beach also has a snack bar and boat rentals, making it one of Chatham's favorite beach experiences.
At this property, you’re also a short drive to Chatham Village and its popular Main Street shops and eateries.
You’re vacationing in a home which shares an enormous, mostly level, yard with another home – both owned by the same family. Each house rents independently.

There are beds for six at this house, including the queen primary with a private full bath en suite. The other two bedrooms have a pair of twin beds each and share a common full bath.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
