Location
This custom-built home is in the Ellis Landing Beach section of East Brewster, a three-minute walk to a private neighborhood beach. The Ellis Landing beach is popular with families. There is typically a 20–30’ wide band of stones just below the high tide line in summer; cleared paths allow easy access to the sandy beach beyond. At extreme high tide, the water can reach the stone revetment, temporarily limiting beach space, but it recedes quickly. The property is conveniently located within walking or biking distance to Route 6A, offering a bookstore, liquor store, pizza, bakery, and a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Access to the Cape Rail Trail is here too. Major grocery stores are a 10–15 minute drive in Orleans or East Harwich.
Outside Living Space
The home features a screened porch on the main level and a rooftop deck off the master bedroom on the second level. A patio area extends from the screened porch and includes a picnic table, gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower, providing a comfortable space for outdoor dining and beachside cleanup.
Inside Living Space
The home is maintained in excellent condition, with hardwood floors, central air conditioning, a gas fireplace (seasonal only), and wireless internet. The kitchen is large, bright, and fully equipped with high-end appliances, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking and flows directly into the dining area and beyond that into the living room where you will find comfortable seating and the TV above the fireplace. The laundry room is on this level and there is also a ½ bath there.
Sleeping Accommodations
The Master Bedroom is on the second level and has a King bed, private full bath with Jacuzzi, rooftop deck and an adjoining “sewing room” accessible through a framed doorway without a door, providing additional functional space.
Also on the second level there are two more bedrooms: one with a queen + bunk beds and the other with twin beds. They share a full bath.
On the main level there is one bedroom with a queen. The doors to this bedroom are wider to accommodate a wheel chair. Likewise the adjacent bathroom has wider doors.
