The moment you arrive at Bayside Acres, you are impressed with the spacious lot and privacy from the neighboring homes. The house is set over 200 feet back from the road on a 1.2-acre lot. Highly unusual this close to the bay. Enjoy the spacious yard and patio area. Plenty of room for play and relaxation!
You are a scant 0.25 miles from Corporation Beach, one of Dennis’ finest. Splash around in the calm, warm bay waters, explore the flats at low tide or soak up the sun on the beach. Head up to the snack bar for a bite to eat and enjoy the swing set and playground, right off the beach. Of course, you won’t want to miss sunsets over the bay each night!
Back at the house, you are sure to enjoy the modern finishes and spacious living areas. Built in 2007, the house features 9-foot ceilings with accented vaulted ceilings to create optimal space and light. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room for easy prep and dining space. There is stool seating at the kitchen island as well. Don’t forget the breakfast nook for even more versatile dining. There’s a powder room and laundry on the main level as well.
The main level continues with the main living room, complete with plenty of cozy seating and a large TV. The primary bedroom is off the living room and features a queen bed and a good-sized private bathroom with a shower, dual vanity, and water closet.
Upstairs you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms: the first three have queen beds and share a full bath. The final bedroom has 3 traditional twin beds along with another queen bed and a TV and lounge area. This bedroom also has a private bathroom.
You are also only an 8–10-minute walk up to Dennis Village for the timeless Cape Playhouse, boutiques, ice cream and several restaurants. Park your car and enjoy the easy access to the best of bayside Dennis!
