It's unusual to find a true four bedroom home in Brewster within a five-minute walk of a perfect sandy beach (Satints Landing) and nine minutes to another (Mants Landing). The home has plenty of indoor living space with two lounge areas. The house has undergone many updates including the addition of central AC, fresh paint everywhere, refinished floors and many other improvements.
There are two bedrooms on the main level and two full baths. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. Upstairs in the main part of the house, you have an additional two bedrooms and one full bath. Those bedrooms have two twins in one and a queen in the other. A separate staircase leads to the last bedroom, where you'll find twin beds. The house also has central AC, two flat screen TV's and, of course, WiFi.
Outside, the deck offers additional living space to enjoy the sea breezes, fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco. The flat grassy yard is great for recreation. The enclosed outdoor shower is a warm-weather pleasure and a Cape Cod tradition!
The house is ideally set up for vacation groups looking for space and proximity to beautiful bay beaches.
