Just off the largest lake on the Cape, you'll find this modern and fully equipped vacation home. Walk 4-5 minutes or drive 15 seconds to a private association beach on Long Pond. The Owners have provided two Kayaks for your use, sitting there on the beach waiting for you. They also have beach chairs, coolers and rafts for your use. Ocean access to the Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound or the Atlantic is only about a 10-minute drive.
Inside, you'll find a spacious modern home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 flat screen TV's and a billiards table. The house is comfortably furnished and has central air conditioning. The primary bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and a private full bath. It also has a slider to the beautiful large Azek deck. The large modern kitchen has ample counter space, and newer appliances including a second refrigerator in the garage for additional storage. The kitchen opens into the family room with a large flat screen TV. The large sectional couch has ample seating. There's a vaulted solarium between the family room and the deck. There are also two bedrooms on the main level, both with 2 twin beds each. There is a full bath between the two bedrooms.
The expansive upstairs room has another flat screen TV with seating area and a billiards table. On the far side of the large room there's a queen bed and two twin beds to round out the sleeping areas, with a private full bath.
The home does have some moderate road noise from nearby roads, but with the outdoor space oriented away from the road and central AC, the effect is minimized. With over 3000 square feet of living space, all the modern comforts and close proximity to Long Pond, and a hot tub, this home is a comfortable and convenient way to enjoy the Lower Cape. Restaurants, boutique shopping, galleries and ice cream shops are all a short 5 minute drive away.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
