A classic, yet updated Cape Cod cottage, directly on a perfect sandy, private association beach. There is 450 feet of beach front, with private access from only 13 cottages including this one. Consequently, the beach is never crowded. A nice feature of this cottage: if you have younger children, one or more can nap inside while you relax on the covered porch with full view of the beach where older children can play safely. In fact, the beach is so close to the cottage that you can be on the beach and use a baby monitor to hear any sounds from a napping child inside.
Amenities include: WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV with HD flat screen, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, outdoor shower and window a.c. units in all three bedrooms.
Walk 10 minutes or less up to Route 6A, the historic King’s Highway, where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi, organic gluten-free kitchen, café and coffee roastery, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of excellent restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or E. Harwich.
And the Cape Cod bike path is right at the top of the road.
