The Melody Tent, one of America’s most famous summer stock theatres, is just three miles from your door.
You can also drive a few minutes to Hyannis Harbor and book a sunset cruise, sailing trip, fishing excursion -- even a pirate ship cruise. Or buy a ferry ticket to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. In addition, there are more than two dozen inviting golf courses in the area.

From there, the open concept floorplan flows into the dining area, then the living room with a big TV and comfortable lounge seating for watching the Red Sox and the boats on the bay at the same time!
The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed, large TV and a roomy, beautiful private full bath en suite.
The upper level has the other two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and private full bathrooms. There is also a smaller lounge area at the top of the stairs.
