Walk six minutes to Harbor Beach, the neighborhood’s private, sandy beach on Lewis Bay. Or about eight minutes to the public Baxter Beach. You’re a comfortable walk or very short drive to Route 28 and all its restaurants, shops and activities. How about some mini golf and ice cream? Or a creamy latte at the popular Old King’s Coffee House? Your walk is less than 20 min or a 3 min drive to these and other soul soothing diversions.
The house features a covered front porch with plenty of seating, including a dining table and chairs. A side deck offers another outdoor living space to enjoy a cold beverage as you fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off sand and salt from the beach.
You’ll enjoy gathering around the fire pit to relive the day’s highlights while gazing at the stars.
Your indoor comfort is assured with central air conditioning. The well outfitted kitchen is open and social and features high-end appliances. The dining area adjoins the kitchen and opens to the living room with a four-seater couch and additional comfy lounge seating. There is high speed Wi-Fi, of course and streaming options on the living room TV along with each of the four bedroom TVs.
Sleeping accommodations on the main level include the master suite with its big king size bed to stretch out on. There’s a private, full bath here as well. The second main level bedroom has a queen size bed plus a twin. On the upper level, you’ll find two more bedrooms. One with a queen plus a pair of twins, the other with a full size bed and pair of twins.
There are three full baths in the house, two on the main level – including the en suite master. Each of the other two baths provide a tub/shower combination.
The lower level of the home is partially finished and offers a game room with a ping pong table and gaming console.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
