Welcome to this spectacular South Chatham property! Situated on a secluded acre with a stunning view of the marshlands, with Red River Beach and Nantucket Sound beyond, photos simply do not do it justice. There are multiple decks on two levels to take maximum advantage of the entrancing vista. The main level deck offers a beautiful dining table and chairs for when it’s just too nice to dine indoors. Just off the living room, you’ll find another TV lounge or family room, so there’s plenty of space for your group to gather in different places.
There is one bedroom on the main level. It is the master and has a four-post king-size bed and that same wonderful view you will never tire of. Walk out on the deck through sliders and soak it all in! There’s a full bath en suite, including a large, two-sink vanity and glass door step-in shower. Just outside the master bedroom, you’ll discover a private work station in case someone has to work remotely or simply check email. There is also a laundry room on the main level.
On the upper level, there are three bedrooms, each with its own private full bath. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen-size beds, one has two sets of bunk beds. The view from two of the upper-level bedrooms is even more commanding and special, thanks to the higher elevation.
This property also includes a freestanding guest house. It has its own full kitchen, its own deck and offers a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and full private bath. There’s also a TV lounge here with a convertible sofa bed.
