If you bring your boat, you can pull up to the public dock right across the street and pick up or drop off your group members. You also have access to the Wychmere Pines private association beach. Thanks to a new sidewalk, you can easily walk to Harwich Port village with its appealing variety of restaurants, shops and, of course, ice cream.
Projecting a commanding presence in an upscale harbor side neighborhood, this home provides more than 4,500 square feet of interior living space, including five bedrooms and six baths. The house was remodeled recently and is truly stunning.
The main level masterfully presents an open, very social and cheerful main living space. The fully outfitted kitchen has many superb touches, including a large center island with seating for up to five and a separate counter with a convenient prep/bar sink. The tastefully furnished and perfectly decorated living room/TV lounge and dining room adjoin the kitchen.
There’s also a screened porch here offering a delightfully intimate gathering place. You’ll find a full bath with step-in shower on the main level, as well as the laundry. The home is centrally air conditioned, and has high-speed Wi-Fi and cable and smart TV, along with a Sonos sound system.
The sleeping accommodations, all on the second level, include two primary suite bedrooms with king size beds, and full private bath en suite. The other three bedrooms each have a queen size bed, and one of those has a private full bath as well.
The lower level offers another TV lounge, perfect for older kids to escape the grown-ups in a space of their own. There’s also a ping pong table in the garage, plus a fully equipped fitness room.
As beautiful and spacious as it is inside, the oversized patio welcomes you to enjoy sumptuous outdoor summer living at its Cape Cod best. You’ll appreciate the comfy outdoor furniture, including an umbrella protected dining table and chairs. The gas grill and outdoor shower live here, as does the custom built pizza oven. The kids have plenty of outdoor play space on an acre of thoughtfully landscaped and meticulously maintained gardens, grounds and yard, including a basketball hoop in the paved driveway. And the owners provide 2 kayaks as well!

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $245.00. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
