Location
This beautifully expanded and renovated property is on Ellis Landing Road, Brewster, just a three-minute walk from popular Ellis Landing Beach, where the tide goes way out at low tide, creating the famous "Brewster Flats." You can walk a mile or more straight out and make all kinds of interesting discoveries in the warm tidal pools.

Walk 10 - 15 minutes up to Main Street in Brewster (Route 6A), where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi, café, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of restaurants. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or East Harwich. Another plus: On your bike, you are just minutes away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. 

Outside Living Space
The over-sized, heated pool is the crown jewel of this property. It provides several comfy lounge chairs with shade umbrellas so you can spend as much time poolside as you wish. The pool hardscape includes a fire pit with plenty of seating and a cabana containing a variety of pool toys and inflatables. Enjoy!

You're struck by the size of the lot here, as well as its landscaping, all surrounded by 10 acres of Brewster Conservation Trust Land. Hope you like hydrangeas! There’s a very large, level lawn where even Dad can whack the WhiffleBall® and not have it lost in the bushes. There's also a nice outdoor shower and large Weber gas grill, situated on a patio right off the side entrance and kitchen.

Inside Living Space
It’s a 2,500+ square foot stunning home with four bedrooms and three full baths. You'll love operating in the spacious, bright and fresh kitchen with all granite counters.  Note the custom design touches, such the signature arched window over the kitchen sink. Serve meals in the comfortable dining area adjoining the kitchen or more likely al fresco on the handsome stone patio just outside the kitchen entrance. There's a full size washer and dryer, conveniently tucked into a closet in the kitchen.

The 16’ X 25’ living room comprises the core living space with plenty of comfy seating, centered on the fireplace with a 42" flat screen TV mounted on the bricks.  There’s also an alcove at the top of the stairs which has a sleep sofa and wall-mounted TV.  There's a full bath directly across the hall.

Sleeping Accommodations
There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen size bed and a private, full bath with a step-in shower.  The other main level bedroom has twins and access to a full bath. The second floor has a queen bedroom.  Upstairs you'll also find a fourth bedroom with bunks (full size double on the bottom, twin bed on top) plus a freestanding twin.  There's another full bath shared by the two upper level bedrooms.
