Conveniently located in a rural Brewster neighborhood, this updated home provides all the creature comforts. The exterior focus is around a heated in-ground pool. The pool area has ample patio space for lounging and relaxing. The large lot provides plenty of privacy and lots of yard space for recreation as well. You also have access to Greenland Pond and Long Pond from the house, both just 1 mile away. Don’t forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower and to extend the evening around the outdoor fire pit!
Inside the renovated kitchen has all the essentials to prepare any meal. There are two living areas, one with a large TV and new cozy sectional and the other is in the front of the house with all new furniture as well. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds. There is a full bath on the main level.
Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full double and a twin. Pleasant sleeping accommodations for 8. The second full bath is located upstairs also.
The house is equipped with high-speed internet, and AC via in wall units throughout. Easy saltwater beach access with Brewster bay beaches, Nantucket Sound beaches or Nauset Beach on the Atlantic, each within a 15-minute drive. Dining and shopping destinations of Harwich Port, Orleans or Chatham are also close by.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May - June and September - November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
