Located in the heart of Brewster, you can easily walk or ride to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path just a few yards from the property or take a five-minute drive to the nearest beach. Also just off the property is Sheep Pond Woodlands for relaxed trail walks and runs. A couple of bikes are provided by the owner. Bring more of your own or rent them from either of two bike shops just a short walk up the street. You can also walk just a couple of minutes to the popular Ferretti’s Market, locally prized for its high quality, custom cut meats.

The home has cable TV, YouTube TV and Amazon Prime, extra-high speed WiFi for streaming and is fully air conditioned by a combination of in-wall and window units. The main level also has a laundry/mud room with a separate entrance.
Sleeping accommodations include a generously sized main level bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full bath adjacent. The upper level has the rest of the bedrooms, including two with twins, one of which enjoys a private full bathroom adjoining the room. The other large double twin room boasts five windows and plenty of space for lounging or playing. The master has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. All the bedrooms feature custom blackout shades so you can sleep in.
This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 32 days in length that total 14.45%.
