Here’s everything you’re looking for in a Cape Cod vacation home, starting with its location in a quiet, private neighborhood just off Main Street, Chatham. It’s less than a five-minute drive to Oyster Pond Beach, and about the same to the heart of Chatham Village with all its destination shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment. You can leave the car at the house and walk 3-5 minutes to either of two of Chatham’s most popular restaurants, Knots Landing and Del Mar Bar and Bistro.
Built in 2001, you’ll enjoy just over 2,000 square feet of bright, cheery, upscale accommodations. The modern kitchen, with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is well equipped to make meal prep easy and fun. There’s a small breakfast table for four here and a larger dining table just off the kitchen. The comfy living room/TV lounge makes you feel right at home. The house is centrally air conditioned and offers high speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, of course.
Sleeping quarters include the spacious primary suite with a king size bed and full private bath en suite. There are two other bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen size bed and the other with bunk beds. The bunk room has two sets, one with two twins, the other with a twin over a full size double. These two bedrooms share a sparkling full bath, and there’s a half bath near the kitchen, as well as the washer/dryer. The updated lower level includes a fourth sleeping area with a king size bed, a lounge/game room and another full bath.
You’ll probably spend a lot of your time here outside, on the private deck. Even after dark, you’ll likely gather around the appealing fire table and gaze at the stars. Your summer outdoor living space also includes a gas grill and Cape Cod’s obligatory enclosed outdoor shower.
Please enter your travel dates in the top right corner of this page for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
