Steps from the tranquil waters of The River and Meeting House Pond in East Orleans, you’ll discover this superb home with a shared dock. Simply launch the owner provided kayaks or SUPs to explore these scenic, serene East Orleans waterways.
The location is ideal. It’s only a mile to East Orleans Village for restaurants, ice cream, shops, including the farmer’s market style Nauset Farms with fresh produce, made to order sandwiches, a fresh cut butcher shop, and tantalizing desserts.
A 7-minute drive brings you to famous Nauset Beach on the Atlantic. Drive eight minutes in the opposite direction, and you’re in Orleans Center with all kinds of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The house is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished and finished. The gleaming open and social kitchen is fully equipped. It is adjoined by the dining room on one side and the living room/TV lounge on the other. From the living room you walk out to the spacious porch with water views, where you’ll likely spend most of your time. There’s also a laundry, half bath and desk/work station on the main level.
