No doubt the key feature outside is the heated in ground pool, set on an expansive lawn area. You’ll also find a new six-person hot tub in which to relax after a day at the beach. The home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood and has glimpses of nearby Ryder’s Cove.
Inside, you’ll likely spend most of your time in the oversized kitchen and dining area with soaring vaulted ceilings and top-of-the-line features and furnishings. The adjacent living room provides comfy lounge seating and a large TV. This home has central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable/smart TV.
Walk out from this core living space to the deck and enjoy the ocean breezes. Fire up the gas grill and plan to dine al fresco. There’s an outdoor shower here as well.
This home provides living space on three levels.
The spacious master bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed and luxurious private bathroom.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a queen plus a twin with a trundle (sleeping for up to four). The last bedroom on the upper level offers another queen bed. There is a full bath on the second level as well.
On the lower level you’ll find the final sleeping area with a queen and a set of bunk beds, sleeping for up to four. The game room is also located down here with an oversized TV, Xbox, foosball, etc. There is a half bath here as well. This level walks out to the yard and hot tub.
There’s something for everyone at “The Tide Watch”. Even better, you’re only a five-minute car ride into Chatham center for year-round shopping, dining, movie theater and galleries, plus seasonal attractions like band concerts and Cape Cod Baseball League games.

This property offers three-night minimum stays outside of the peak summer season. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
