The private beach is a long stretch of sandy delight on picturesque Nantucket Sound. The property provides kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. Enjoy the harbor on the water! 
You can also walk to dinner or for coffee in Harwich Port Village, less than a mile to the east. 
 

The house itself has been completely revived with a near total renovation.  The kitchen is exquisite with all the modern conveniences. The dining and living area are meticulously designed with modern coastal furniture and décor. Of course, you are overlooking Allen Harbor in the spacious back yard. There’s a private dock on the harbor, bring your boat! The property is supplied with kayaks and paddle boards for guest use. Enjoy the harbor on the water!

Back inside, you’ll find two bedrooms on the main level, one with a King Bed and one with a queen. There’s one full renovated bathroom on the main level as well. Upstairs you have a classic Cape set up with two bedrooms: one with two queens and one with two twins.

Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

OWNERS REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE FOR STAYS OVER 7 NIGHTS.
