This stately Colonial-style home is located in a beautiful, quiet Cape Cod neighborhood in Yarmouth Port. This 5-bedroom home offers ample space inside and out for a group of 10. And the vast swimming pool (20’x40’) provides a great gathering spot both day and night.
This home is perfectly laid out for multi-generational guests or two families vacationing together. The main-floor living area is spacious and well-lit, thanks to vaulted ceilings and oversized windows. The kitchen is expertly designed and includes a breakfast nook and seating at the kitchen bar. The formal dining room seats 10, but you may find yourself eating more often poolside (where the gas grill is located). There are also two outdoor tables on the upper deck off the main living area.
The lower level offers plenty of activities. The newest feature is a fully customized kitchen, providing convenient meal-prep access from the pool area. It looks amazing! There’s also a pool table, air hockey, and a Foosball table. A peaceful corner includes a TV area for kids to relax, furnished with comfortable seating. Additionally, the lower level has a full bath and French doors that lead to the pool area.
On the main level, you'll find one bedroom with a Queen bed and another with a twin and a Queen-sized bed. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a Queen and twin bed, and another with a Queen bed. At the opposite end of the second floor, the primary bedroom features a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, an oversized tub, and a separate shower stall. Additionally, it offers access to a private deck with distant Bay views. There's also a separate sitting room off the master bedroom, which is ideal for a pack-n-play or for sitting and reading.
All of this, and you are just a short 7-10-minute drive from Mayflower and Chapin Beaches in Dennis. A great way to enjoy the best the Cape has to offer while having all the luxuries of home.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
