Location
Walk through the sliding doors from either the living room or master bedroom to a porch with a stunning 180-degree view of Cape Cod Bay, with nothing between you and the water but a beautiful sandy beach. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets and long low-tide walks on the Brewster Flats. The 450-foot private beach is shared by only 13 cottages, ensuring a peaceful experience.

It's a 10-minute walk to Main Street (Route 6A) for restaurants, bakery, pizza, sushi, excellent restaurants, bookstore, hardware store and more. Major grocery shopping is 10–15 minutes away in Orleans or East Harwich. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike paths are also minutes away.

Outside Living Space
Relax on the beach or in the shade on the covered porch with panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay. An enclosed outdoor shower provides the classic Cape Cod experience. There’s a large gas grill here as well.

Inside Living Space
Bright and cheery interior. The fully outfitted kitchen flows into the living room with a flat screen TV. Please note: there is no dishwasher. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi provided.

Sleeping Accommodations
Three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with bunk bed twins. Stackable washer/dryer is located in the bunk room. There is a small full bath with step-in shower.
