Walk through the sliding doors from either the living room or master bedroom to discover your stunning, 180-degree view of Cape Cod Bay, with nothing between you and the water but a beautiful sandy beach. Prepare yourself for heart stopping sunsets over the Bay and at low tide, long walks of discovery on the sand bars and through the tidal pools of the vast Brewster Flats. Or simply relax in the shade on the covered porch.
The 450-foot wide beach is private and shared by only 13 cottages, so it’s never crowded. Here, you are living on the beach, and it doesn’t get any more “on the beach” than this.
Inside, the cottage is delightfully bright and cheery. The kitchen flows into the living room with a flat screen TV. Please note:There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. There is cable TV and high speed WiFi, of course.
There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, the third with bunk bed twins. You’ll find a stackable washer/dryer in the bunk room. The small bath has a step-in shower, and you also have an enclosed outdoor shower for a Cape Cod experience it’s hard to explain, but easy to love.
Walk 10 minutes or less up to Route 6A, the historic King’s Highway, where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi, café and coffee roaster, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of excellent restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15-minute drive into either Orleans or East Harwich.
Another plus: on your bike, you are just minutes away from the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike paths.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
