Beautifully situated in a quiet East Orleans neighborhood, this exceptional property features a 35’ X 18’ salt water heated pool, with a built in spa and auto close cover. It is complemented by a 1,500 square foot Travertine hardscape patio with a custom propane fireplace and built-in stone veneered grilling station. Before cooling off in the pool, the kids may want to shoot a few hoops on the basketball court in the upper driveway. There is also an outside shower accessible by way of the garage.
Offload your kayak at the neighborhood landing just .03 miles down the road. From there, you can paddle across to the back side of the National Seashore, where you can walk over to the big beach on the Atlantic. You can also drive to famous Nauset Beach in less than 10 minutes.
Back at the house your group of up to 14 will be delighted with three levels of luxury living, richly furnished and tastefully finished throughout. Start with the custom chef’s kitchen, fully outfitted with top-line everything – from the six burner Thermador gas range to the 10-foot long granite topped island with five high boy chairs around it. The adjacent café dining table offers comfortable seating for six and walks out to the patio and pool. There is more formal dining for eight in the separate dining room as well. The kitchen flows into the adjoining sunroom which is bathed in cheery sunlight, thanks to the large windows, and vaulted, handsome bead-boarded ceiling with skylight. The sunroom has lounge seating and a one of five large, flat screen TVs in the house. The main level also has a second TV lounge with two walls of nothing but windows.
This level is also home to the master bedroom suite with its generous king size bed and large private, radiant heat bath with a twin sink vanity and oversized step-in glass shower. Also located on the main level: a half bath, the laundry/pantry, mudroom, and a pocket work station which your laptop can call home.
At the top of the stairs on the upper level you’ll find an open loft area and another work station desk and office chair. There are three spacious bedrooms on this level, each with its own private full bath. One bedroom has another king size bed, positioning it as the home’s second master suite. Each of the other two guest suites has a queen size bed.
The finished lower level of the home has a huge game room and third TV lounge. This level walks out to the large yard. There’s a billiard table here as well as other fun distractions, including a wet bar with a wine and beverage fridge. You can stay on your daily workout schedule, thanks to the ample exercise equipment.
And you’ll discover more sleeping accommodations, including another two more queen size beds plus a twin size daybed with a pull out trundle twin. The lower level also provides the home’s fifth full bath.
This luxury home has high-speed Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs, a SONOS sound system and central air conditioning with controls for six zones.
