The highlight of this location is the convenient, short walk to the beach - just a seashell’s throw away! Additionally, the water view from the second-level shaded deck is impressive. The charm of Centerville will also appeal, featuring the General Store, a new playground, and Four Seas Ice Cream, all situated in the village center, which is walk-able. This coastal village is near Hyannis, which offers a variety of restaurants, such as Baxter's and the Black Cat, and quick access to the ferry if you are interested in day tripping to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard.

Outdoor living at the Beach House is nothing short of spectacular. Picture yourself unwinding on the second-story deck, serenaded by the soothing sound of ocean waves, or firing up the grill on the back deck for a laid-back barbecue with friends and family. The property features a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This is coastal living at its finest!
Inside living spaces
Fully equipped kitchen with a designated dining area as well as a cozy sitting area, which is flooded with natural light and leds out to the back deck and private yard. There is a sizable family room with wall mounted TV. There are 3 other mounted TVS throughout the home as well as 4-5 bedrooms.
Sleeping Accommodations
This exceptional property offers a unique blend of comfort and versatility, featuring 5 bedrooms, and four full bathrooms, easily accommodating 10 guests. Perfectly designed for privacy and convenience, the property’s flexible floor-plan can be tailored to suit a wide range of lifestyles and needs, including several guests or multi-generational living.
As you enter the main house, you are welcomed by a generously sized family room flanked by two bedrooms on either side to allow for privacy. To the left there is a bedroom with two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king, complete with its own en-suite bath. On the opposite side of the family room is a beautifully renovated primary bedroom with a queen bed and additional en-suite bath. There is also an option to close this room off from the rest of the house should you have guests staying with you who want their own private access and space. Upstairs you will find a serene bedroom with a queen bed along with an additional bedroom featuring a twin trundle bed—perfect for accommodating larger groups or creating a cozy retreat. A full bathroom on this upstairs level serves these spaces seamlessly and there is access to the second floor deck offering captivating views. Lastly, there is a studio unit attached to the left side of this house which features a queen bed, washer/dryer, en-suite bath, and kitchenette (to access this part of the home you just use a side exterior door)
