This truly is a special property, the ideal vacation headquarters for your group of 14. Located on Saint’s Landing in Brewster, you can’t get any closer to the beach. The six-bedroom home is steps from the beach with panoramic bay views and stunning sunsets. At low tide, you can walk for miles out on the Brewster Flats while the kids corral hermit crabs and track down moon snails in and around the warm tidal pools. The private beach in front of the home is fully equipped with umbrellas, beach chairs and kayaks. It’s your own extraordinary private resort.
The main living space is on the second level, providing optimum, elevated water views. Here you will find the open floor plan with kitchen, dining and family room flowing together and encouraging a very social experience. The private primary bedroom suite is also on the second level. It’s spacious with with a queen size bed, en suite bath and spectacular views of Cape Cod Bay.
Also on the upper level: a connected, yet separate living quarters with its own kitchen/dining area and two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an ensuite bath, the other with a bunk bed plus an additional queen size bed. This space has a separate entrance from the ground level as well. Between the main living area and the separate apartment there is a TV lounge and a half bath. The upper level walks out to a deck off the dining area which is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. Or jump in the hot tub!
On the lower level you will find three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms next to each other, one with a King size bed and the other with a bunk bed plus a twin. They share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. The third bedroom is down the hall with a queen size bed and en suite bath. There is also a game room on this level with a ping pong table, TV, DVD, and a half bath. Just off the game room: another sleeping area with a queen size bed.
There is plenty of space in this home for families to be together, but it also offers the ability to spread out. The kids can have one TV room and the adults another. The home is amenity-rich, including two laundry areas, a three-car garage, two kayaks for guest use, Sonos system, an outdoor shower, basketball court and a wonderful hammock. Of course, the home has central AC and Wi-Fi.
If you are looking for an exceptional beach vacation experience for your multi-generational family, or multiple families, this is the property for you! You can’t possibly get any closer to the beach. Park the car on Saturday and leave it there for the week!

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
