You can’t beat the location. It’s directly on one of the best private sandy beaches on the Bay. The tide goes way out at low tide, making it a terrific playground for kids of all ages. Owners have made many upgrades and improvements, including air conditioning in all bedrooms, new furniture including all new bedding, and renovated bath and kitchen.
The cottage is part of a 13 cottage community called Brewster Dunes. The community owns about 5 acres directly on a 450-foot wide beach. You can’t be any closer to the beach. The deck on the west side of the cottage is the ideal place to serve most meals and enjoy the sunsets over the Bay.
There is good sized kitchen, including new appliances - now with a dishwasher -- and new cabinets and counter tops. The living room has plenty of lounge seating including a sleep sofa.
There are three bedrooms, all on the upper level. The master bedroom runs across the beach side of the upstairs and commands 180-degree, sweeping views of the beach and bay. There is a king size bed in that room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom has twins. All three bedrooms have window AC units.
There is a full, recently renovated bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The stackable washer/dryer is also located in the bathroom. There is an enclosed outdoor H/C shower to rinse off sand and salt from the beach.
Walk 10 minutes or less up to Route 6A, the historic King’s Highway, where you’ll find everything from a bakery, book store, and liquor store to pizza, sushi,, café and coffee roastery, as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. Not to mention a variety of excellent restaurants. Major grocery shopping is a 10-15 minute drive into either Orleans or E. Harwich.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195 .In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
