Location
The cottage is directly on one of the best private sandy beaches on the Bay. At low tide, the water recedes dramatically, creating a huge marine playground on the flats where kids of all ages can make fascinating discoveries in the tidal pools. The cottage is part of Brewster Dunes, a 13-cottage community situated on about five acres directly on a 450-foot-wide beach. Walk 10 minutes or less to Route 6A, where you’ll find a bakery, bookstore, liquor store, pizza, sushi, café, coffee roastery, and a Cumberland Farms convenience store, plus a variety of restaurants. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is also close by. Major grocery shopping is 10–15 minutes away in Orleans or East Harwich.
Outside Living Space
The deck on the west side of the cottage is ideal for meals and sunsets over the Bay. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after the beach, plus a convenient gas grill. Of course the beach is your back yard.
Inside Living Space
Owners have made many upgrades, including furniture, bedding, and renovated kitchen and bath. The kitchen includes new appliances, cabinets, countertops, and now a dishwasher. The living room has plenty of lounge seating, including a sleep sofa. A recently renovated full bath with shower is located on the first floor and is home to the stackable washer/dryer.

The master spans the entire beach side of the house with a small balcony affording sweeping 180-degree water views and a king bed.
Another bedroom has a queen; the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.
All bedrooms have window AC units.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
