Located on the gorgeous bay side of Orleans on a spacious private lot, you’ll find “Take a Minott”. This airy and modern home is set on an acre of land and features a heated saltwater pool, large yard and is under half a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
The interior of the home is just as impressive as the exterior. The main living area features a vaulted ceiling, cozy sectional and modern coastal theme. The living room, dining room all flow together to create a very comfortable and social living space. The stunning kitchen features high end appliances and is fully equipped. There is seating for 4 at the counter. The adjacent dining table has seating for 8 as well.
The first floor also includes a generous primary suite with a King bed, stunning private bath and walk in closet. The washer/dryer are also easily accessible on the main level and a powder room completes the main level.
The summer living room is no doubt the three-season room accessed off the dining room as you head towards the pool. The vaulted ceiling with skylights floods the room with natural light but also provides a great shaded area during the height of the day,
Upstairs, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4). There is a second full bath up here with a tub/shower combination.
There is an informal living area in the basement for the kiddos to escape to as well.
Most of the outdoor time will likely be in and around the 18x36 heated pool and surrounding patio. The pool area has seating for casual meals and plenty of lounge space of course.
If you do venture out, you won’t have far to go to the beach (Skaket Beach @ 1.1 miles), town (Orleans Center @ 1 mile) or the local Brewery (Hog Island @ 0.7 miles).
The home is cooled by mini splits on the main level and window AC units on the second floor. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as cable/smart TV's.
Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Damage Protection fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
